We were recently contacted by a customer who needed a recharge on her air conditioner. Upon our initial inspection, we found a loose liquid Schrader valve, which we immediately tightened, and also discovered that the plug on the blower motor had melted. Not a problem for us - we quickly rewired the plug and gave it a test run. We noticed a faulty capacitor, so we replaced it using a Titan Pro 10 mfd capacitor. On top of that, we found a poorly connected G wire so we made a fresh connection. We ran a second test, then checked the pressure on the condenser which was all good. Everything is now up and running smoothly for our customer's comfort! We thank you for your business! 🙂

Today we helped a customer who was feeling the heat with a air conditioning system issue. They called us in a bit of a sweat, as their air conditioner was not blowing any cool air. We dispatched our reliable A/C technician right away. After a quick diagnosis, we found the culprit - a faulty capacitor. We jumped right into action, replacing the problematic part with a Titan Pro 50+5 Mfd capacitor. Not wanting to leave things half-cooled, we test ran the system to ensure everything was up and running smoothly. We’re glad we could lend a hand and bring some cool relief to our customer! Our team received a distress call about a malfunctioning A/C. We jumped into action to analyze the situation. We found that the problem was tied to a faulty capacitor. Without a second thought, we replaced the 45+5 mfd capacitor and the A/C started humming back to life. We didn't stop there though; we took the time to rinse out the outdoor condenser, sweep away debris from the indoor unit, and we ensured the whole system was cooling efficiently. Another job well done for us and a relief for the homeowner. Now, they can enjoy a cool indoor environment. No task too big or too small, all in a day's work for us. We were contacted by a customer who was experiencing issues with their HVAC system not working. Our experience has taught us that the culprit behind such problems can often be a faulty contactor, which was exactly the case here. So, we replaced it and noticed that there were also 2 bad overload fuses. We fixed those too, and then tested the system to ensure everything was running smoothly. The particular products we used to solve this problem were a new contactor and a couple of 3-amp fuses. Job well done, and another satisfied customer to our list.

Our savvy technician quickly identified the root of the problem - a bad capacitor. We swiftly replaced the faulty part using a top-quality 45+5 mfd capacitor. Of course, we didn't stop there. Just the other day, we got a call from a customer who was struggling with a malfunctioning air conditioner. She was in desperate need of some cooling assistance in this heat! So, off our skilled technician went to investigate. He found the unit was low on refrigerant. Handy with his tools, he recharged the unit with two pounds of R-427a refrigerant, ensuring the correct superheat balance. He gave it a test run after this tweak, and voila! It was back to working perfectly, much to our customer's relief. It's just another day in our job, making sure our customers stay cool and relaxed!

One of our local schools reached out to us here at Air-Tech, their ice machine was giving them a bit of a cold shoulder. So, we sent our technician to check it out. Turns out, the poor old grid was practically an iceberg! We got it thawed out, had the ice probe sparkling clean, and got it churning out ice faster than the kids can say "slushie!" Always feels great to solve a frosty problem and keep things running smoothly. Here's to another job well done!

Recently, a local restaurant informed us their air conditioning wasn't cooling in several sections properly. On evaluation, our technician discovered blown fuses and a burnt disconnect in the A/C unit. We promptly replaced the fuses and called in a trusted electrician to fix the disconnect. In a thorough re-evaluation, we found a faulty condenser fan motor. Although it took a couple days to obtain the replacement, we promptly installed it as soon it arrived. Here's to cool, comfortable dining environments!

A customer called needing an HVAC technician to come out and check out their furnace. The pilot had gone out. We sent an HVAC tech out to the customer's home and they were able to re-lite their pilot and got their furnace started.
